Love to Mama – Postnatal Work shop
When Shelby first reached out to tell me more about her event I was super excited. Even though I am not yet a mother I have seen the large gap we have in America for postnatal care. I have always looked for ways to help contribute in caring for mommas after they have brought their precious little ones into this world. Being a sponsor to this years Love To Mama PostPartum Workshop is a pure joy, I am looking forward to attending one of her events when I am in that season of life.
What’s inside the goodie bags :
I selected a few of my favorite things that help me practice self care and feel special when I devote time and attention to my own wellbeing, I hope you enjoy them as well.
A coupon for 30 additional minutes added on to any massage session you book for up to 110 min of hands on time, and an even a sweet dreams nap. Yes, I have a service where you can take a 30 minute nap after your Masssage, and it’s divine if I may say so myself.
Yogi Tea – Chai Rooibos, Soothings Caramel, or Stress Relief (Yummy Honey Lavender Flavor and a favorite of mine since college) The cute messages on their tea tags usually bring a smile to my face and peace to my heart.
Travel size sample of either Big Bare Organic Shea Butter Sugar Scrub or the decadent Sundae Best Face Mask (yes, its chocolate, and smells oh so amazing!) Listed below are links to both products so you can check out more about them, their ingredients, and use instructions.
A few samples packs of Farmhouse Fresh Products. I am beyond obsessed with the brands clean ingredients and passion for rescuing farm animals, there are so many wonderful things about each of their products and how they give back to the community. I have used their products personally for over 8 years and love using their products daily in the studio.
Benefits of prenatal massage
Massage can have so many wonderful effects on the body, it’s hard to just name a few. My favorite ones that help while your pregnant (as well as when you’re not pregnant) are : Increases circulation to promote healing in the body
Encourages the body towards homeostasis (balance)
Promotes deep rest within the body that can benefit you the same as 6-8 hours of deep sleep (this is why you can sometimes feel sleepy after a massage)
Somebody else is putting lotion on your back, yay !
Benefits of postnatal massage
Because massage increases circulation it can help increase your breast milk supply.
Fluid movement and detox from helping out the lymphatic system , yay for less puffy joints and body.
Encourages deep rest in the body. Sleep can be hard to come by, so can time for yourself. Whether you choose take a nap or chat during your massage, please do what is most relaxing for you, but most important of all make it a priority to pour into yourself.
How to use your coupon
